Summer 2020 Litter: Going Home!
Wow. Going home already. Has it really been 8 weeks (9 weeks now) since our seemingly endless night in the animal ER clinic, waiting for Lexi to be taken for in for C-section, waiting for the surgery results, praying for at least a few living puppies and a full recovery for Lexi? Late that night, half-asleep we heard the report that Lexi was in recovery and that, miraculously, ALL 8 perfect little puppies were alive and breathing! I was amazed and so blessed out. God is good.
And here we are! Sixty-five days post-whelp and these rambunctious, affectionate little babies are going home to new families, and in a few cases, their half-siblings from previous litters. It's been such a party! A huge thank you and congratulations to each of our 2020 puppy adopters! You have all been so fun and easy to work with and I appreciate it. Love on that pup for us!
Here are the "going home" snapshots. I have noted the puppy's new name, with his "old" name and collar in parenthesis. Enjoy the photos.

Erin took this girl, Charlie, home as a surprise for her boys! (Skye, hot pink)
And this is my Jada girl who gets to stay living here with her mama Lexi! (aqua collar) Her official name is still in a toss-up, but we'll be sure to do an introduction post in the future. We're so excited to have her and she is absolutely loving all the undivided attention!
Thank you all so much for following along and for all your likes, shares, and kind words. We hope you enjoyed our few blog posts on our adventure with the Summer 2020 litter. It's been a fun one!
