Summer 2020 Litter: 1 Week Old




Daniel + Lexi's miracle litter is one week old already! They have been getting so much love from the whole family already. Lexi is recovering well and the babies are getting stronger and putting on the ounces. Their average weight currently is 21 ounces. They are so soft and fluffy, and absolutely perfect for snuggling! We are soaking up these lovely, peaceful days of newborn puppy feels. They don't stay this small and angelic for long! That said, we are also looking forward to many energetic summer evening romps in the meadow and swims in the creek, all in time. 

Until then, we are working at coming up with temporary names for the little guys. Take a peak at these photos from the other evening. Aren't they sweet!? 

06/11 UPDATE: For those of you who are wondering, all these little pups have been claimed. Feel free to tag along on the journey though! Another exciting tidbit is that we are planning to keep one of the little black girls! We love Lexi and really wanted to keep one of her daughters. Since this is Lexi's last litter before retiring, it was our last chance at one of her puppies. Imagine how thrilled we were to hear that there were 5 girls in this litter!

These babies are growing fast! Among the list of accomplishments in the past few days are: eating and getting chubby little eyes peeking out at the world around them tottering around on 4 legs instead of crawling darkening noses and paw pads on the yellow pups and always thinking it's time for a snack! Summer 2018 Litter: Due Date + Sire Info

  Hey everyone! Finally back on the blog and super excited to have a litter announcement!! 🎉  We are expecting lab puppies from our girl, Lexi, sired by our Chaplain. We're excited to see the puppies they produce. 😊 The pups are due to arrive around the very end of June 2018 and will be AKC registerable. More info on our pups can be found on our website . Stay tuned for the next update when the babies are here!   Sir Chaplain (Chap), pictured below, is our handsome English boy with a gorgeous head and profile. He's a friendly, outgoing, light yellow labrador. He loves exploring and splashing in the creek. Chap's sire is "Belquest Doing It For The Ladies" of Belquest Kennels in Mt. Airy, MD. Chap's pedigree contains 10 Champions, a Grand Champion, and also a Companion Dog title.
