Spring 2019 Litter: 5 Weeks Old


     

  Five weeks old already! Spring is definitely on the way, but while we wait for the green to hit outside, why not have a quick photoshoot in the bedroom? These cuties are trying all sorts of new things. The favorite "new thing" by far? Food. Definitely food. The boys are now eating moist kibble, BLUE Buffalo of course, twice a day. They are going their first night without mom tonight, but they still need her sometimes. They experienced water for the first time a few days ago... They proceeded to stuff their faces into the "empty" dish, and then sputtered and snorted into the cold wet stuff!

  Playtimes have become longer, more frequent, and rather rambunctious.  😉 Exploring, nose to the ground, tasting anything, chasing toys... they are a lot of fun, but need a close eye! Good thing they have a couple little boys who are more than willing to play with them. They are doing well!


Also, they got new "big puppy" collars, so some colors got adjusted:

Charlie, black/blue stripe collar, formerly aqua.



Max, blue bone collar, formerly royal blue.



Clark, lime green bone collar.



Jackson, red stripe collar.




Murphy, black bone collar, formerly orange.

These babies are growing fast! Among the list of accomplishments in the past few days are: eating and getting chubby little eyes peeking out at the world around them tottering around on 4 legs instead of crawling darkening noses and paw pads on the yellow pups and always thinking it's time for a snack! Summer 2018 Litter: Due Date + Sire Info

  Hey everyone! Finally back on the blog and super excited to have a litter announcement!! 🎉  We are expecting lab puppies from our girl, Lexi, sired by our Chaplain. We're excited to see the puppies they produce. 😊 The pups are due to arrive around the very end of June 2018 and will be AKC registerable. More info on our pups can be found on our website . Stay tuned for the next update when the babies are here!   Sir Chaplain (Chap), pictured below, is our handsome English boy with a gorgeous head and profile. He's a friendly, outgoing, light yellow labrador. He loves exploring and splashing in the creek. Chap's sire is "Belquest Doing It For The Ladies" of Belquest Kennels in Mt. Airy, MD. Chap's pedigree contains 10 Champions, a Grand Champion, and also a Companion Dog title.
